For all sheet paper: Purchases of less than 5 sheets will be shipped folded unless otherwise requested. 5 or more sheets will be shipped rolled in a sturdy mailing tube.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and our storage. The levels of stock can change at any time. Be aware that it's possible for your order to run out of stock even after you have made the order.
Our policy is for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you made your purchase, we unfortunately can't give you a complete exchange or refund.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It should also be in its original packaging.
